The company was founded
by Michael Tighe following coaching training by The Coaching
Academy in London. Michael has in excess of 40 years in industry
in both England and Ireland, working in several industries
including, Logistics, Paper, Printing and Hospitality. This
period was spent in senior management and at director level
with SME's. The areas covered have included sales, marketing,
finances, production, operations, human resources and quality
assurance. Furthermore he has worked in Canada and the U.S.A.,
as a consultant to companies involved in the construction industry
in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
We can therefore offer coaching right across the spectrum of business and life. Using only fully qualified coaches to ensure you have the very best opportunity to improve yourself / your business.
