to all clients and if it considered that coaching is
a suitable methodology an Intake Session is arranged
before proceeding to Coaching. Contracts can
be terminated by either party at any time without penalty.
The coach is a sounding board to facilitate the client to explore their knowledge,
increase awareness and responsibility to make better decisions and move
forward to change in order that they achieve their aims. It
is always the client's agenda.
Sessions are conducted professionally with honesty and
integrity being the crucial elements to ensure success. Every
effort is made to provide value for money.
Clients are challenged as necessary and we always try to
ensure that their goals match their values and beliefs, we
know this works and therefore it is at the heart of our coaching.
