Coaching is structured to suit the company, business owner,
director, manager or entrepreneur and is very flexible. Face
to face sessions range from 1 hour through to a full day,
depending on the client's choice. We may consider conducting
sessions later by telephone or on-line by computer link.
In this situation we would provide the required software.
Frequency of coaching is the client's choice.
Business is often a lonely place where we are expected to
know everything and always get it right first time and it
is therefore beneficial to have someone, a coach, to speak
to confidentially who will assist you to
reach better decisions than you might make on your own. The
coach is non-judgemental and will give you the benefit of
their experience, knowledge, observations, intelligence,
insight, intuition and wisdom.
Sessions are conducted in a professional manner with honesty
and integrity to ensure success. Every effort is made
to provide value for money. Clients are challenged as necessary
to ensure that goals match values and beliefs, we know this
works and this is at the heart of our coaching.
In the situation where the coachee is an employee of the
client strict confidentiality is maintained in regards to
any personal issues which are be discussed between the employee
and the coach. Under no circumstances will this be breached.
The company may specify the criteria of subjects to be coached.
